I entered Nagoya University with the goal of becoming a brave intellectual with true courage and intellect who improves the future. It is important to have sufficient knowledge, skills, proactive creativity, and spirit to overcome new challenges, as stated in the Educational Policies of Nagoya University. I truly want to become such a researcher. During my graduate studies in China, I chose immunology as my major based on my interests and ideal future job. During my studies, I realized the potential practical uses and value of immunology. I thought that there were many mysteries of the human body that remain unsolved and need to be further explored. After completing the program at Nagoya University, I would like to return to China and teach at a university. I would like to balance research and lectures, passing on the medical knowledge I learned in Japan to as many as students as possible and promote friendship between Japan and China. If I can be involved in work related to the biomedical sciences in Japan, I want to develop a system for collaborative research between Japan and China in order to implement individualized preventive medicine as a researcher on a Chinese research team.
