I want to become a researcher with a medical and informatics background who plays an important role as a bridge between different disciplines. Amid changes in industrial structure, multidisciplinary research provides us with a wide range of new insights. New businesses have been developed to meet social needs based on such insights. Recently, artificial intelligence has been used to develop various applications and automatic driving systems. These technologies, now becoming available, will enable elderly or disabled people who have given up driving to drive a car safely. Many lives may be saved If there is a driver assistance system that can recognize hazards or quickly avoid hazards or emergency situations during driving, or a system that provides diagnosis and treatment. I would like to contribute to building communities where elderly and disabled people can enjoy active lives based on the foundation of the cooperation between communities, medical facilities, and mobility platforms.
